Meet Laila
Laila is a change management expert who understands how to build teams that impact systematic transformation.
Laila Plamondon has 15 years of experience building high-functioning teams through training, coaching, feedback, and joy. As a Senior Director of IT, she manages three teams of 20 people. In addition, she’s coached managers across multiple functions, including HR, Finance, and Marketing. Laila has created professional development content communication, customer service best practices, project management, and psychological safety.
Laila graduated summa cum laude from Smith College with a degree in psychology and completed a Fulbright Scholarship in Toronto, Canada.
